    The invoice you design automatically distributed to the participant. You do not have to send invoices and administration on this. The invoice attached to the confirmation email as a PDF file. You choose which of your event that you want to use automatic invoice.

(1) The fee for the event included 20 participants. The fee only applies to the first 25 events per year.
(2) Participant fee is charged after the first 25 arrangements and for excess participants at the first 25 arrangements.

(3) For those events where the system sends automatic tickets will be 10 SEK / ticket.

(4) Survey feature cost per response and not per call for inquiry.

(3) But not less than 7,5kr. This fee covers the costs that we have in relation to credit card payment. We are doing manual checks and follow-ups on each transaction, this is for you, the organizer that you should feel confident that everything goes right. You can decide how much of the fee to be added to the registration fee and how much you as the organizer shall stand for. If you have a Swedish company, you may not add any extra charge. The money lands on our client account and paid to the organizer every week, usually on Wednesdays. A trust account is a restricted account which means that your money is secured. Participants register remains in 2 years. Then comes a filing fee.

Factoring

Offer your customers to pay the the invoice without you have to handle invoices.

With Signup Manager, you have the opportunity to sign an agreement with Avida Finance at special prices.

Avida Finance buys the invoice from you and thereby take on how to charge the customer. After a credit check of your customer, and provided that the invoice is correct, we put the money into the account you specify.

Selling invoices is an effective way to reduce their administration and reduce the risk of credit.
